Objectives (3–5)

  • Surface hidden assets and shape a core story patients and media remember.
  • Build an “influence stack”: press release → social proof logos → presence → partnerships.
  • Use brain-based trust cues (framing, contrast, specificity) to lift recall and case acceptance.
  • Draft a 90-day authority plan with roles (Blacklight Wizard™ internally, Architect™ externally) and simple metrics.

     

Avoid common pitfalls: generic messaging, scattered channels, and activity without presence.
